100% natural and contains no food additive.

No salt added.

Very easy to make Dashi with this product.

Instruction for making Dashi

Water (filtered is better): 500-600 ml (16-20 oz) for 1 Dashi pack

1. Put one Dashi-pack and water into the pot for heat.

2. After boiling, turn the heat to the medium level and keep heating it for 3-4 minutes.

3. Take the Dashi-pack out.
